In this webinar, we will introduce some of the tools and techniques used to improve the performance of computer software programs. Powerful performance tools such as gprof, pgprof, and Intel VTune will be covered. The exercises will be done mostly in C, but emphasis will be on general techniques that can be applied to any language.
